Registration & Eligibility
Who can attend?
The Summit is for OpenWater members. Every seat in the room belongs to someone who's been vetted and accepted into the community — that's what makes the conversations worth having. If you're not yet a member, you can apply; once you're accepted, you can register for the Summit.
How do I register?
Head to the registration page. We'll confirm your membership, then take you through to select your ticket and check out. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes.
What does a ticket cost, and what's included?
It's one ticket with full access to everything — the program, all networking sessions, and meals and refreshments throughout. Pricing is released in sequence, and the price rises as each tier sells out, so the earlier you register, the less you pay:
Every tier is the same ticket — the only difference is the price.
Can I bring a guest?
No — the Summit is members-only. Every person in the room is an OpenWater member, and that's exactly what makes the connections worth making. If there's someone you'd want in the room, point them to membership.
What's the cancellation policy?
Registration is non-refundable. Because seats are limited and tiers sell out, we're unable to offer refunds once you've registered.
Give a Seat — The Summit Access Fund
Can I help another member attend?
Yes — and it's one of the most OpenWater things you can do. You can contribute to the OpenWater Workforce Foundation, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds initiatives creating economic opportunity for experienced professionals. The Foundation makes grants that support member attendance at the 2026 Summit, awarded by its board based on need. You can be recognized as a Summit patron, or give anonymously.
Can I — or my company — fund a block of seats?
Absolutely. If you'd like to fund several seats, or you're a sponsor interested in supporting member attendance, get in touch and we'll find the right structure together. Reach out to Seth Potter at seth@openwater.group.
Dates & Schedule

We'll share the detailed agenda by October 2026.
Is there a networking dinner or evening event?
Both evenings are built for connection. Monday opens with a reception, and Tuesday closes with a community celebration. We won't be hosting a formal sit-down dinner — the energy is in the room and the conversations.
